The workshop will be part of the 2012 antenna week program with:
- Final Presentation of recently ended ESA contracts (Monday the 1st October)
- Workshop on Large Deployable Antennas (Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd October)
- Joint 34th ESA Antenna Workshop and 2nd Evolutions in Satellite Telecommunication Ground Segments Workshop on Satcom User Terminal Antennas (Wednesday 3rd October up to Friday 5th October)
The Workshop is organised by the Antenna and Sub-Millimetre Wave Section of the Electromagnetics Division of the Technical and Quality and Management Directorate (D/TEC) and the Ground Segment Section of the Telecommunications and Integrated Applications Directorate (D/TIA).
The workshop aims at reporting on key worldwide developments on Large antennas and ways forward.
Contribution and attendance is expected from all ESA member states actors in the field. To ensure the international character, the Organising Committee selected contributions from key players outside the ESA member states.
